Appointments

Please call our office at 585-663-1390 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time is reserved for you. If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give us at least 24-hours notice so we can reschedule.

Insurance

If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card or most recent insurance information so we can help you get your maximum dental benefits.

Payment

Payment, including any copays or deductibles, is expected at the time services are rendered, unless you make other plans with our office before your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.


